CLASH DETECTION

We utilise the latest tools and techniques to ensure that all of our BIM Models are clash and clearance checked, allowing spatial conflicts between various disciplines to be automatically detected and resolved, long before construction drawings are issued.

The method by which we offer quality control to an existing 2D project, is modelling it within the BIM environment. By representing the building in a 3D environment we are analysing and undertaking a gap analysis of the 2D information.

The end result provides the project team with a real built model of the project and in doing so, enables the team to move the project forward with less risk, increased efficiency and an overall improvement in quality assurance.
